Despite rumors to the contrary, Flair's ousted from his daughter's side was nothing more than a storyline development, and "The Nature Boy" is still currently a part of the WWE roster. He is not being punished in any way, nor have fans seen the last of him on television. There are no further details available on the future of his storyline with Charlotte.
Following a stint in TNA, Flair returned to WWE in late 2012. He made sporadic appearances over the next few years in a number of different capacities, including mentoring a babyface Miz and endorsing The Shield in the group's feud with Flair's former outfit, Evolution.
Late last year, after Charlotte won the Divas' Championship, Flair began accompanying her to the ring as the pair turned heel. He was by her side, helping her retain that belt at all costs. When the Women's Championship was reinstated at WrestleMania, Flair's interference allowed Charlotte to defeat Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch to claim the title.
