The three most powerful people in professional wrestling were ordered to provide testimony in the ongoing case. Triple H's deposition is scheduled for May 31, while Vince McMahon's actually took place on Friday, though no news from the deposition has been made available. Stephanie McMahon will be deposed at a later date that hasn't yet been announced, despite the fact that WWE's lawyers argued that the plaintiffs had given no reason for her deposition.
Other current and former WWE employees will face (or have already faced) deposition. WWE doctor Chris Amann and Concussion Legacy Foundation (and former WWE Superstar) Chris Nowinski are scheduled to be deposed on unspecified dates. WWE Medical Director Joseph Maroon was deposed on May 20, though the plaintiffs are pushing for his continued deposition.
Konstantine Kyros, the lawyer for LoGrasso and Singleton, initially filed the lawsuit in January of 2015. The suit alleges that WWE's policies for preventing, diagnosing, and handling concussions incurred on the job are lacking, and have led to severe long-term health issues for his clients and other wrestlers.
