Daniel Bryan To Appear At WWE SmackDown Tapings In London

Daniel Bryan may have retired from in-ring competition, but he’s far from done making appearances before the WWE Universe.
The company’s official UK Twitter account announced on Wednesday that the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion will be part of the Smackdown! tapings at London’s O2 Arena on April 19.
Bryan’s emotional farewell on the February 8 edition of Raw will go down in history as one of the greatest moments in the show’s history, and fans who couldn’t be in attendance in Seattle will still have a few chances to bid him goodbye. WWE announced that the March 25 house show at New York City’s Madison Square Garden will be designated “Daniel Bryan Night,” with The Yes! Man appearing before the live crowd.
Bryan has also been advertised for the March 26 show in Trenton, NJ and the March 27 show in Washington, D.C. The SmackDown tapings in London remain the only TV show at which Bryan has thus far been promised, though it is not yet known if he will appear on the actual broadcast.
In other talent news, the official website of Chicago’s Allstate Arena has announced that Shane McMahon will appear live at the venue’s March 7 Raw. He is not being advertised for next week’s Raw, but his WrestleMania opponent, The Undertaker, will be part of the show.
